Trask’s hands-on experience with the United States legal system began in 1994 when she joined Courtroom Sciences (owned and operated by Dr. Phil) as a litigation consultant. By 2001, Trask had launched her boutique firm specializing in complex commercial litigation. She is a nationally recognized author and lecturer on juror psychology and other trial science topics.
