Sam Bufe

Sam is the Sr. Manager of Research and Analytics at The Last Mile. After earning his BA and MS in Economics from Marquette University, Sam worked in a research role at the Social Policy Institute at Washington University in St. Louis, studying the socioeconomic needs and priorities of US households. Residing in Santa Barbara, CA, but originally from St. Louis, MO, Sam enjoys listening to (and occasionally playing) music, following his hometown’s professional sports teams, and advocating for restorative justice systems.
