The Second Chance Business Coalition is working to address challenges that impact a traditionally under-
employed and marginalized segment of our society. To ensure that our efforts are informed by their perspectives, we include individuals and organizations with direct experience with the criminal justice system to review our resources, program strategies, and language for feedback on our tone and intent.
