Igniting Change: TLM’s Partnership with Formation

The Last Mile (TLM) is thrilled to announce a meaningful collaboration with Formation, the only AI-powered, dynamic interview prep program completely personalized to the participant. Formation’s mission is to diversify tech’s engineering workforce, offering a comprehensive program for software engineers from nontraditional backgrounds. Their vision for a more equitable tech industry aligns with The Last Mile’s values of ensuring equitable and inclusive access to careers for talent with records.

We have always believed in the power of technology to drive positive change and create opportunities for justice-impacted talent. Our partnership with Formation allows us to leverage our collective resources, expertise, and networks to amplify impact and support our missions. 

TLM alumni will have the opportunity to join Formation’s Fellowship Program, which gives participants access to unconditional support from a team of hundreds of FAANG-level engineering mentors, technical recruiters, career coaches, and more. Through this partnership, we’ll equip individuals with the skills, confidence, and opportunities needed to succeed in the tech sector. TLM alum, Jacob Robinson is in Formation’s Fellowship Program and he shares,
