Julia Schnoll

Julia Schnoll graduated from the University of Oregon where she studied International Studies with an emphasis in Human Rights and Law. In her senior year, she participated in the Inside Out Exchange Program, a college course that brings together traditional university students and incarcerated students for a semester-long class at Oregon State Penitentiary. This experience sparked her interest in fostering educational programs for people entangled in the justice system.
